Newly hosting, we focus on simplicity and quality — giving you a comfortable base whether you’re here for a beach holiday, surfing, or time with family. With a peaceful setting and a sea view from one of our rooms, it’s designed for guests who want space to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.Located just an 8-minute walk from Porth Beach, you’ll have easy access to one of the area’s most family-friendly beaches — ideal for swimming, bodyboarding, and relaxed days by the sea, with a welcoming pub right on the sand. We’re best suited for families and beginner surfers, offering practical touches like surf storage and a quiet location to return to after a day outdoors.

Additional information
- We have a dog and cats who visit regularly. They are not allowed in the rooms and we do our best to ensure that they are always downstairs. We welcome well behaved dogs but ask that they do not go on furniture. We do charge a refundable deposit for dogs in case of damage.
- We have an outside tap in the front of the house and ask that you wash sand off both you and dogs and text.
- We offer tea and coffee making facilities but no kitchen.
- The family room has a double bed and a sofa bed. There is limited room once the sofa bed is down.
- We can offer parking for an additional fee. There is roadside parking available nearby.
- The prices are based on 2 people. Any additional people and any pets will incur an additional charge.
- This is a quiet house so we ask that noise is kept to the minimum from 9.00 pm to 8.00 am.
